Privacy notice

This investor portal is operated by Toolsquare. When you visit a page on this portal, we record the following for the duration of our ongoing investor outreach:

• your name, email, and company (provided by us when we sent you the link, or by you when you submit the request form);
• the pages you viewed and how long you spent on them;
• your IP address, user-agent string, and referrer.

Why we collect this

We use this information to manage our prospective-investor relationship with you and prioritise follow-up. It is not shared with any third party. Our legal basis under the GDPR is legitimate interest.

Cookies

We set a single strictly-necessary session cookie (iv_session) so that your access link keeps working across page reloads. No analytics, advertising, or third-party cookies are used.

Retention

Event records are deleted automatically after 18 months. Your investor record is deleted when our fundraising round closes, plus 12 months.
